CUSTOM BLENDING & PACKAGING
A significant part of Industrial Sands production unit, the custom blending and packaging operation provides a quality and cost effective service for clients requiring a complete toll manufacturing solution for dry blended products.
We offer a completely confidential and secure service to our clients.
The blending operation consists of six blending plants with various capacities ranging in batch size from 500kg - 2500kg.
The bag filling plants offer a combination of either spout (valve sealing) or open top (sewn) options. A new 2500kg blending plant feeds a semi automated Taylor model ”A” valve bag packer, which currently fills bags of between 5 – 25kg weight. This can however be altered as required.
In addition, the company also has the ability to fill / seal plastic pails via a semi automated CAS Enterprises pail filling plant. This plant currently has the capacity to fill up to 5kg pails, but can be modified to larger weight requirements by arrangement.
